help, I am a girl, doing my own furnace work, I have a miller trailer oil furnace. I replaced blower motor last week, well it wasn't that apparently, blower motor will turn if you give it a boost with your hand but will not start by itself. I am now looking at compacitor. The compacitor has two brown wire leads that go to it from the motor, could i have possible hooked these two up wrong, is there a difference as they are both brown wires??? PLEASE HELP :?

Hello!

The two brown wires from the motor to the capacitor are reversible, so it's not possible to hook them up wrong! As long as you have one wire going to each side of the capcaitor, you are good. The capacitor may be bad (I didn't see if you had replaced it or not), but the wiring won't be the issue. If you have changed the motor and not the capacitor, I'd definately recommend the capacitor next! Good luck and stay warm!
