I have an old nordyne electric furance that the condensate pan overflowed and caused the relays and wires to short out and burn beyond recongition, can I replace the entire heating unit with a HTE07014 nordyne heat kit I found at North American HVAC online. The model # of my unit is E2EB-015.

You can replace the entire heating element assembly(s) but the HTE07 014 is not the right one for your EBEB-015 unit. Your unit has two heating element assemblies and you may one or both of them. Here are links straight to them!

Hope that helps- have a great day!
